The documents signed at the closing of the sale and purchase will contain the entire agreement. Any promise or representation by any salesperson or employee of the Seller in writing or orally that is different than the documents signed at the closing is void. Any dispute between Seller and Buyer related to this agreement which is not resolved through informal discussion will be referred to a mutually acceptable mediation service or provider. The parties to the mediation shall bear the mediation cost equally.
